During BioUSA 2024 held at the San Diego Convention Center, California on June 3-6, 2024, Haeyoung Suh-Kim, CEO of CELLeBRAIN, presented the company's novel approach to Cell-Gene Therapy for brain cancers, one of the most challenging diseases. CELLeBRAIN was selected as the startup company to present a quick pitch showcasing new technologies and therapeutic solutions to a panel of investors, followed by live feedback.

CELLeBRAIN's novel modality utilizes mesenchymal stem cells as carriers to deliver anti-cancer genes to cancer sites and locally produce the anti-cancer drug 5-FU. This new modality by CELLeBRAIN is poised to open a new era in treating solid cancers that require surgery, including glioblastoma.
